Why was my card declined?

If your card has been declined, you will need to check your available balance. If the purchase amount is greater than the available balance on your card, please tell the cashier that you would prefer to pay the difference with an alternate payment method first, and then pay the remaining balance with your Gift2Go Card. However, some merchants may not be able to do this. Q. Does my card expire? A. Yes. The card expires as per the date indicated on the front of your Gift2Go card. within 60 days after expiration to request a replacement card. The new card will be issued with the remaining balance of the original card.
